InZiv is pioneering the future of electro-optical technology as the industry leader in microLED testing and inspection and SiPh testing and inspection. Founded in Jerusalem in 2018, we are committed to accelerating the advancement of SiPH as the main driver in AI infrastructure, and the commercialization of microLED displays—the cornerstone of next-generation applications, from AR smart glasses and cutting-edge smartwatches to premium TVs, automotive displays, and foldable screens.

Despite the clear necessity of SiPh as the basis for data transfer, and the umnatched performance of microLED – including extraordinary brightness, energy efficiency, and the highest resolution available – manufacturers face a critical bottleneck: low production yields caused by inadequate testing and inspection solutions. InZiv was born to solve this problem. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of cutting-edge electro-optical technologies, like SIPH and of microLED, by delivering the testing and inspection solutions that enable high-throughput, high-accuracy inspection at the microscopic scale required to bring microLED and SIPh chips to mass production.

In the realm of SiPh, InZiv combines deep expertise in near-field optics with proprietary probe designs that enable direct access to optical and electro-optical behavior that conventional test approaches cannot reach. This capability allows precise, physics-based insight into device performance and process-induced variations at the point where failures actually originate. By turning complex optical signals into actionable test data, InZiv directly addresses the fundamental SiPh testing bottleneck: seeing and understanding what standard probes and far-field methods miss.

David Lewis

Founder & CEO

David Lewis has a BSc in Physics and in MSc in Physical Chemistry from Hebrew University. In recent years, David has emerged as a recognized thought leader in the microLED testing space. With over a decade of experience in managing complex high tech sales, David has particular expertise in nano-technology and nano-optical tools.

Ori Dadoosh

Ori Dadoosh is an experienced entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of executing innovative ideas by integrating creativity, technology, and strong business strategy. Ori previously served as Founder and CEO of GreenRide, and as Project Manager at Israel Aerospace Industries.

Dr. Tali Hurvitz

VP R&D

Dr. Tali Hurvitz brings with her decades of experience in electro-optics and display metrology. She served in a variety of roles at Orbotech and then later at KLA, including Head of Physics group and Distinguished Expert, and then Head of Physics, Materials and Innovation group, FPD Division, EPC.

Itamar Eder

CFO

Itamar Eder has served as CFO for private and public tech companies (NASDAQ, AIM, TASE). He has led top-tier financing, large M&A transactions, and IPOs.

Itamar holds an M.A. in business management, finance, accounting, from Hebrew University.

Dr. Itzhak Edrei is a longtime business leader in the semiconductor industry, and has served in several high-level roles at Tower Semiconductor, including President. He is currently serving as Tower’s President Emeritus. Itzhak is also CEO of M&T Semiconductor, bringing comprehensive consulting services to the complete semiconductor ecosystem.

Michel Abadi is Co-Founder of Maverick Ventures Israel. He previously served as Global Head of Product Development at Gems Fund of Funds for over a decade, managing over $7.5B. He also worked at Banco Patrimonio as a portfolio manager for local and off-shore Brazilian hedge funds worth US$1.5 billion, and Head of Products for the Local Private Bank after its sale to Chase Manhattan Bank, and soon after, J.P. Morgan.

He earned his PhD in Solid State Physics from Temple University.

Prof. Aaron Lewis

Professor Aaron Lewis is Professor Emeritus of Applied Physics at Cornell University and at Hebrew University. He is the founder of Nanonics Imaging Ltd, a leading SPM nanotechnology company. The instructor of 2014 Nobel Prize winner Eric Betzig, Professor Lewis is well known as a pioneer in the area of near field optics

Zmira Lavie Shterenfeld

Zmira Lavie Shterenfeld has led diverse projects and processes within the semiconductor industry for more than 30 years, amassing significant R&D process development expertise, including technology development and transfers (CMOS, sensors, MEMS, discrete, etc.). She co-founded and currently serves as Partner at M&T Semiconductor, and has previously served as SVP Process R&D and GM of Tower Semiconductor’s TOPS™ (Transfer Optimization and development Process Services) BU.
